Born with a heart condition, Nicholas underwent his first open-heart surgery at just nine days old, followed by years of surgeries, challenges, and two heart transplants. He faced every obstacle with remarkable strength and inspired thousands who followed his journey through Hunting for a Heart – Nicholas’s Journey. Nicholas passed away on February 8, 2024, but his story continues through the foundation he helped create.
Made with Piri Piri, Tabasco, and cayenne peppers, red onion, and fresh garlic, Nicholas Journey delivers bright pepper flavor, savory depth, and building heat.
Created exclusively for Nicholas’s Journey, this sauce will only be produced in limited releases. 100% of the profits from every bottle are donated to Nicholas’s Journey, supporting children and families facing cancer and other life-changing diagnoses.
